Pros
I like my job because I really don't have a boss. The company is spread out over 3 locations, and they don't seem to want to manage people. And the people who run the company are generally nice. I do feel as though I can call management if I have an issue. Sometimes they address my concerns (sometimes they don't).
Cons
Even though I like the fact that they don't micromanage their employees, when management is needed, it's hard to find. Also, they need to figure out how to pay better in order to compete for talent, and keep the people they have. Also, there is no training for new employees. I also feel like there is no opportunity for me to move up.
