Corporate structure with benefits package in a town that does not have a lot to offer in the terms of employment.

Initial training very disorganized, was not given an introductory tour and introduction to the people I would need to contact and report to which made it all the more confusing to start. People new off the street were started at a higher wage than someone who was highly qualified and had worked in the same position for 15 years and was in fact training the new people.
