      You get to work alongside of insightful, dedicated and empathetic people. You feel that you are well compensated.

      Can be high pressure at times.

      Great team with ambitious goals

      Pros

      Lots of super smart, experienced people from a variety of disciplines. Lots of autonomy, flexibility in when and how you work, and opportunities to work on exiting, impactful problems. If you have a good idea, you are empowered to chase it down. Individuals who are highly self-motivated excel at Enveda.

      Cons

      Enveda is working on a lot of highly technical problems; it can be challenging to stay informed about everything that is going on.

      Typical start-up with some warning signs

      Pros

      Some of the employees are really passionate about their work. Decent benefits, good funding with series C

      Cons

      The CEO and his S-level team try to project as the company has a great work culture but its not really true. There is always secrecy about things happening even for trivial things and there is a culture of fear about sharing frank opinions. Everyone is scared of the top management as many people were fired in the past for having a different opinion. In the name of "intensity", the management basically wants people to work most of the time. They expect employees to work here as "more than a job but less than life"!! Although there are unlimited vacations, any vacation is frowned upon.
