      Awful and depressing environment Product relies on one company for around 70% of it's revenue. If they were to lose that client they would be bankrupt within months - no security Outdated software stack with certain senior developers reluctant to deviate from how things were done in the 80s Functionally comparable to Google's Stackdriver which will no doubt run them out of business soon enough, especially with increase cloud adoption The original founders left the company long ago and since then it has clearly lost direction

      Pros

      Development team churn out impressive code every 6 months, Company work ethic is great, co-workers very supportive, reasonable benefits package

      Cons

      Getting left behind in the NMS space as to reliant on legacy SNMP technology, lack of long term vision is damaging chance of success

      Pros

      Great vision by the management team - arguably the strongest management team I've ever worked for. They are open to ideas, discussion and trust their staff. There are exciting times ahead for the company, everyone is working hard to take the product to the next level. The benefits package is good, salaries very competitive, and throw into the mix flexible working hours and a superb location (and offices) in the City of London, this is a very attractive place to work.

      Company culture could be more vibrant.
