Toxic - Stay away from Entrust - senior leadership with throw anyone under the bus to protect their own bonuses .

None. False hopes that they care about their employees.

Cons

Company has been side blinding and laying off people and whole teams due to senior leadership mismanagement of products, and by bringing in off-shore cheap support. Concept was to reduce overhead costs but now they are realizing that this was a mistake as there is now a huge lack in quality and efficiencies in many areas from customer support, to finance , through to technical delivery and implementation . Stay away from this company. Toxic.
