Full of lies by HR, Don't mention salary structure or salary part in offer letter, Don't provide Reliving / Experience letter if you are leaving job before 1 year, Treat you very badly like school kids, Deduct Salaries, No leave policy, Don't provide agreement photocopy,Over Confidence on product, they can't accept any suggestions, No competitor analysis and assumes always they are best, Laptop will not be provided which they will not inform you before joining, No people works for more than one year, Will fire even in training i.e first week of joining. Unachievable targets, No market potential, No corporate culture..Be aware before joining. Asking everything in upfront.
