This individual’s unethical conduct, despite holding significant power within the company, poses a threat to its reputation. Furthermore, the supervisor does not compete with management employees, which undermines the overall effectiveness of the organization. Engis, once a thriving company, is now experiencing a decline in business due to poor quality and extended delivery times. The Manager Engineer lacks technical expertise but possesses excessive ambition. He feigns friendliness towards employees while deceiving the Vice President of Management. The work environment is characterized by a lack of mutual respect, resulting in the absence of basic courtesy, such as greeting each other during walk-throughs.

This company has too many problems to list. Biggest problems are poor leadership, low pay and lack of organization.
