I’ve had a really positive experience at Engage Tech. Everyone is welcoming and management gives great advice and is genuinely supportive, which makes a big difference to both confidence and development. The culture is a strong highlight, it’s a friendly, motivated environment with great people who make work enjoyable. There’s also great career progression and it’s a really good place to learn sales from the ground up. You get the chance to build core skills, practise them daily, and genuinely improve. It’s a great environment for anyone wanting to develop and master sales skills while feeling supported by their team.

Cons

The job itself can be quite tough, cold calling is not for the weak.
