      Great learning opportunities but poor management and communication

      Pros

      Fun team. There are many opportunities to learn new skills, modules and products since it is a small company. There are stellar managers who truly care about developing their team.

      Cons

      Some managers do not have a clue on how to manage people. There are some veterans there that do not communicate professionally at all. Communication between teams is lacking. There are constant delays with the new products.

      Smart people working hard to help this once-great company get back on-track

      Cons

      Absolutely bottom-of-the-barrell "leadership." The executive team is full of people who should've retired long ago, should've been fired long ago and headed by a professional Peter Pan who has all of the backbone of an amoeba. CEO on here needs to be updated to Vince Dawkins; Kevin doesn't deserve the hate that his former company does.
