      Negative environment, disorganized, lacks proper training of employees

      Nice office downtown Flexible hours I honestly don't like anything else about this place to be honest, even the coffee is terrible

      Cons

      Practically no on-boarding No proper training of employees No standard operating procedures set in place, no reference point for new or contractual employees No team work/effort Everyone is out to blame everyone else for errors Too many divas

      Pros

      Great new office space, centrally located, interesting industry and good colleagues. Lots of things going on, never dull.

      Cons

      Not great salaries, not many perks or thought for employee retention. High turnover, management confusing and not approachable. Too many things not clear like job descriptions and everything takes too long to implement. Hiring too young not paying for experience.
