Nothing. All talks no actions.

The company is struggling and yet hire expensive upper management. And firing operational people who really did the whole work. If you are not white, dont work here. Dont trust the diversity statement.There's none.

Pros

They will take you to many restaurants to eat but they don't care about you. The women on the team will gossip about you to other people but smile in your face and pretend to like you. This is a revolving door and the team has turned over several times

Cons

Major financial issues. They are known to fire people on the spot without notice. You will experience the worst micromanagement you've ever had, you will be overworked, and expected to work around the clock, Manager will take credit for your work, They don't promote in job title or pay so when you hire on ask for a high number. Don't fall into a trap. Avoid if possible. You'll thank yourself later.
