      Poor leadership, no product strategy, highly dysfunctional.

      Pros

      The "worker bees" are good people who are trying their best in an environment where product strategy constantly changes and has not kept up with the market. Excellent support organization.

      Cons

      Cronyism is rampant. Prior executive management was unprofessional and the new regime isn't much better. In a world that is going virtual, Endace keeps pushing hardware. Unable to develop software, Endace relies upon partnerships to deliver analytics but won't fully test these integrated solutions - let the buyer beware.

      Racial discrimination is the norm at the Virginia and California locations of Endace and its mother company Emulex.

      Great technology and a strong foot hold on the niche network visibility market.

      Cons

      The racial and religious discrimination that other minorities and myself experienced is so flagrant that it is obvious that Endace and its mother company Emulex is a company with its roots abroad with no sense of how to treat its workers that are in the United States. Their corporate structure and company values are some of the worst I have ever experienced working this country.

      Great Technology. Great professional people

      Cons

      No solid strategy, They don't know what to do with their technology. They think "maybe we'll do security" and then "maybe we'll do something else" and "hey we can do both" and they they don't do anything. They are led by their integrators instead of lead their integrators. So solid sale strategy (do both direct and channel with no rules)
