      Pros

      At one point in time, there were several, but with the current CEO, there are no pros to this company.

      Cons

      CEO actively seeking to destroy the entire service branch of the company. Leadership is a joke. CEO enjoys demeaning employees at all levels.

      No pros poor all around! Pay more!

      The pay is NOT good enough for the amount of work they make you do. Being here for a VERY LONG time and still don't make enough money is a SHAME. On top of it we were suppose to get a raise around March, which ain't nothing really. As soon as COVID 19 hit Georgia , we had a meeting and pay was cut and of course they say we'll get it back and you know we ain't gonna see that money! When we should be getting payed more since we are considered essential "" We had a pay cut around 2008 which they said we would get our money back.😡 Till this day we haven't see a dime from them...this place is a joke!

      Pros

      The fact that I no longer work there. It was close to home, and I had a good shift, but the negatives more than wiped it out.

      Cons

      Amateur management at all levels. Wretched pay. Favoritism. Zero feedback. Zero training. Zero encouragement. Chinese fire drill approach to daily operations. Manager fired me and never gave a specific reason. Offered me some fake job as a last resort, and I told him if he didn't like me, I had no interest in staying. Could not get out of there fast enough.
