      Pros

      Most people are very friendly and great to work with Mostly relaxed environment Ping-pong table Great vision

      Cons

      It's a start-up so benefits aren't that great; offers 401k, but no employer contribution at that time. Certain management was toxic and, despite numerous incidents with multiple direct reports, was allowed to stay in a management position.

      Poor Leadership Leading to Poor Culture

      Pros

      "Do'er" employees are, overall, the brightest and most driven group of people you'll find under one roof.

      Cons

      Top leadership is extremely poor. Very little direction outside of fighting the latest fire. Project deadlines are the only measurements of success at the company, and that is at the expense of quality and the workforce. There is an exodus going on right now which is bad news considering the "workerbees" are really the only thing that's allowing the company to maintain any sort of momentum.

      The ground floor of the company is full of awesome people who want to do the right thing.

      Cons

      Timelines are more important than Quality. When something is on fire, you should expect your leadership to hand you an extinguisher. These people throw gasoline on it instead. Outside of the Quality team, everything is about meeting promises that should have never been made. Trying to grow way too fast. The Quality system looks good on paper but is completely broken in reality. Note all the positive reviews that were posted in the past few days before this one. That is not a coincidence.
