Pros
A great small business environment where you get amazing experience and leadership! Amazing benefits and compensation packages, it definitely feels like they value their team.
Cons
PTO could be a little closer to industry standard, however it is awarded up front and they are extremely lenient on flex time so it makes up for itself when compared to a more traditional accrual schedule.
