Pros

Technology sounds cool and amazing Great location- Seaport upcoming tech hotspot

Cons

Technology does not actually do what it claims Leadership is emotional and manages based on how they feel Seems as if overall plan is to convince investors to keep funding until someone agrees to buy company and the founders can get rich

Pros

Flexible work environment (that also means working weekends and vacations on the downside). Transparency with upper management Allows dogs onsite

Cons

Often is the case in small companies money issues when it comes to purchasing essential scientific equipment Unrealistic deadlines leading to cutting corners, making mistakes etc Micromanagement leading to disorganisation and mixed messages No career development - tends to hire people straight out of college that do not see that as a priority Cronyism - one rule for them and another for everyone else Promises change but never delivers
