1) Since transparency is a big value, loads of information move around every day, and sometimes it can get pretty overwhelming. 2) Zyro still has a startup feel, so pace is fast, changes in strategy, product or processes can happen every day and you have to keep up with it. You just have to be flexible and willing to learn.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working at this company. The team is collaborative, supportive, and always open to new ideas. The company culture is positive, and the compensation and benefits were also excellent.
