Pros

zingfit is a SaaS startup company with lots of focus on customer support and promoting small boutique fitness businesses in new ways. Innovative, smart, process focused people where communication is a key factor in everyday work life. The internal support within departments and across management is one of the best I've ever seen. The company is growing exponentially and the new people are super fun and energetic.

Cons

It's busy, but that's the fun part! There is lots of support for hard work as they allow plenty of "perk" time.

Pros

I've been working with zingfit for a few months now, and it's truly been a great experience. I actually look forward to work. All of the different teams collaborate together to solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction. I've been impressed by the teamwork here, it truly feels like everyone has a common goal of building this business - as opposed to other places I've worked where it just feels like people are collecting paychecks. Everyone works hard but has fun doing it, the culture in the office is relaxed but productive. It's a great company and I'm proud to be a part of it.

I really can't think of anything - it's great here.

Pros

I have worked at zingfit for a while now and while we have had some challenging periods of fast growth and necessary adaptation, the current trajectory of the company is spectacular. There will be difficult and challenging moments for any employee at zingfit given fast paced nature of boutique fitness and fit tech more generally. But the management team at zingfit truly does want to empower and support its employees to overcome and prosper. Whether it be designing a new system or internal protocol where there once was no structure, employees at zingfit step up and create one. And the management team will provide resources, support, and ultimately reward a proactive employee.

Cons

The system itself is growing all the time. We have historically had the very good issue of high demand and fast growth with limited resources. In the past the rollout of new features and support of more complex clients has not been optimal. These frustrating moments have become less frequent but they still exist.
