*Biggest one for me is that they put people first
*Amazing team, everyone has time for each other no matter how senior or junior, if anyone needs help, there's always someone there
*The founders care about work/ life balance

*No blame culture, let's collaborate, solve the problem and move on mentality
*Team lunches, events, and meetups in person where possible (but no pressure to attend these if you're not comfortable with the current COVID situation)

Hard to think of any. Would prefer if we were fully remote, but understand that the social aspect is important for the team too. When the London office officially opens, we'll be required to go into the office once a week so it's not that bad.
