      Pros

      Really cool technology with excellent potential. The desktop 3D approach is unique to the industry.

      Cons

      Lots of churn. People get their options and get out, if they aren't fired first. Feels like the point is to sell the company and cash out, not make a great system. Not many women, even more so than other tech companies. There's a reason for that. Ick.

      The team had lots of communication. Even though we were remote we would check in on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Currently (2025) it is hard for an educational technology company to succeed.
