Company can be a bit scatterbrained at times.

Laid back work environment, casual dress code, smart and nice coworkers.

Company is underfunded and lacks discipline and direction. The teams are understaffed teams with too few developers and no QA team, leading too much time being spent in firefighting mode. Projects are almost never compete on time, and management puts too little focus on product improvement.
