Not much to talk about

Start up like culture, meaning less red tape and easy access to management. Management willing to accommodate most request from employees. Brilliant co-workers with lots of opportunity to learn numerous jobs. Relaxed atmosphere with CEO that seems to genuinely care about his employees. Loosely defined roles meaning you can learn any aspect of big data and data science that you want, titles do not mean much in this company. Self starter atmosphere allowing you to take control of most aspects of your job. Management does a great job of maintaining the small company culture despite being owned by a much larger generic corporate culture conglomerate.

If you want to do one specific job and not at least dabble in half a dozen others; it's probably not the right company for you. If you need management to evaluate you yearly, and lay out what you need to do to get your next raise or title change (kind of moot since titles don't really mean a lot because you have so many different jobs), this is not the best place for you to work. Self starter atmosphere means you will not have guidance from management. If you're an employee that needs to be managed from a hands on perspective, you will not do well in this company. Top down communication can be lacking. Atos the parent company is a train wreck and at times that can trickle down into ZData due to directives from them. Can be lots of travel
