Great people and very patient will allow you to learn! All departments are nice for a hybrid role with talent spread throughout the world. Training was intensive and a good opportunity to get into freight forwarding and international logistics.
Cons
LACK OF CONFIDENCE IN THE COMPANY. Starting to feel more and more like a number. As title suggest, it just feel like impending doom looming over me. -Unnecessary meetings that go over weekly numbers as a region. -Too many formalities and flow charts to follow, just need to be more efficient. -The vision trying to be 10x or like DSV is so unrealistic. Please develop your products and invest in your talents. -Some teams are not developed nor want to develop as they have the same unicorn accounts and will not develop other accounts. -Planning to be in office all 5 days of the week starting 2025. -Key product leaders are leaving. -NAM leader is a joke.
