You will have no voice. There is a massive culture of fear, if you speak out, you will lose your job. Incredibly fast staff turnover, once a week an email will go out about someone "leaving due to mutual decision" (fired) - staff internally raised concerns about the turnover, leadership's first action item was to rather hide resignations and no longer send emails when staff depart. Nobody is willing to take ownership of any internal systems or processes Those who understand technology and have spent their lives honing their specific skills will be drowned out by sycophants and "yes men" surrounding a leadership that have no technical understanding or ability to discern good technical ideas from the bad always favouring their own "boys club" rather than sound technical advice. Petty senior leadership (all cutlery was confiscated prior to covid "too many unwashed dishes")
