xgeeks is in general a great place to work. I believe the main pros are the work/life balance and the fact that there are processes so that we can change projects more or less easily. Another pro is the efficiency and quality of the PX team, in terms of processes and methods, it's quite advanced.

The engineering evaluation matrix for performance reviews may be hard to climb when you are at higher CI position. Besides this, the company still suffers a bit from silos in the different projects making engineering contributions cross-project very hard.
