The team is collaborative, and people are willing to step in and help when needed. Flexibility is also a big plus—there’s a good balance between expectations and personal accountability.

Like many growing companies, processes and structure are still evolving. That can sometimes create inefficiencies or require employees to navigate ambiguity. If you prefer a highly structured, big-company environment with everything fully built out, this may feel a bit dynamic.

Under the guidance of the CEO and the CTO, both of whom are approachable and encouraging, the firm creates an environment where consultants thrive. The HR/ talent team is especially friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile for the consultants working at the firm. xScion's strength lies in the talented pool of consultants they employ, for which the CTO deserves special mention. The CEO's commitment to building a positive, collaborative work culture is an example other consulting firms should follow. This culture helped me produce some of my most creative and innovative work during my time at xScion.
