      Amazing work life balance (there's literally no work to do)

      Cons

      Not sure where the company is heading. There's been zero direction since the CEO left. It's really funny that a company selling a revenue generation tool is struggling to make sales. The new management is barely interested in running the company. All in all an absolute joke of a company

      Can learn a lot about companies and thier employess. Very beneficial for networking and interviews and simply finding the right company for you.

      Great team with dedicated individuals who allow you to learn what works best with a positive environment based around teamwork

      Cons

      Leadership flips between overbearing and micromanaging to praising and trustworthy, yet absent. Has been a change recently - yet to see how well that works
