      Great product, Great people, fun customers.

      Cons

      Worst leader of a company I have ever experienced. Company will never survive with him in the lead. Leads by bullying and threatening. No other opinions are tolerated.

      Great team with dedicated individuals who allow you to learn what works best with a positive environment based around teamwork

      Leadership flips between overbearing and micromanaging to praising and trustworthy, yet absent. Has been a change recently - yet to see how well that works
