      -Young organazation with a good mission that allows flexibility as to how to impact the community -The youth -Great coworkers -New leadership team is engaged and listens to employees -Great opportunities if you are willing to be part of creating them

      Cons

      -Demanding and unorganized but this is due to changes in management and lack of a strong infrastructure -Pay raise and career growth structure is not communicated

      If you are a High School Student looking for paid work experience, getting a job though work2future is very useful. The people they partner with are generally decent companies to work with.
