Working at williamsworks has been one of my most fulfilling experiences as a young professional. Every day I feel as though I am learning meaningful and concrete skills to help propel me into my future career. The opportunity to learn the ins and outs of how to help our clients reach their social impact goals has been fulfilling and challenging in so many ways. I would highly recomend working at williamsworks if you are interested in the intersections between public policy, advocacy, philanthropy, and politics.
Cons
The team is mostly remote, even outside of the pandemic restrictions, so if you want to work in an office space this might not be the company for you!
