Run away - Human Resources wefox Employee Review

The company is sinking and no one cares. The management do what they want- don’t take feedback or bother following processes. They layed off people in the beginning of the year and now people are leaving everyday. The founders have no clue, they had a great idea but the operations and choice of the executive board has been disastrous. When the Human resource department starts leaving you should be cautioned and we have SO MANY people in this team leave .. Do not think about joining and find a better company to work in.
