The CEO is a bit out there, with his coaching-guru around him. Nice person, but more a visionary than business man. lots of bad apples in management positions and an extremely high turnover. 100+ people had to leave last year due to restructuring. communication around this was non-existent. It created a lot of insecurities and many people who were staples and helped build the company over the past few years had to leave, which was a great shock. HR is literally useless. The whole company is built around privileged white men from, in most parts, very wealthy backgrounds...and it shows.
