      Pros

      Nice work culture. Very good and supportive teams as well as management. Provide good hike for lateral but increment is too less. Provide high quality laptop and resources. Follow standard work procedure as per market. Work environment is very responsive.

      Cons

      very less Increment Leaves should be in cashed. Employee benefit. Bonus should be there rest is fine.

      The people are nice and the team is small so room for growth within the company

      Cons

      Low pay under market average Pricey benefits with only average coverage Messy product with a lot of bugs Lack of communication between departments No sense of urgency to fix product issues

      Pros

      Gave a work from home stipend and used decent tech.

      Cons

      Leadership is a loose term for the higher ups of the company. The benefits are an actual joke. 50% coverage of expensive and mediocre plans. If you plan on having kids and want to keep your job beyond your 6 weeks of unpaid leave, keep looking. Money might seem decent at the start, but not worth it. The program itself is incredibly messy and practically impossible to present to customers.
