      Pros

      There's lots of talented people working at webAI and there's a good outlook on investment numbers.

      Cons

      Leadership has zero experience and business knowledge. People who are in leadership roles across the board were given leadership roles with no prior experience, many people there are new to production engineering and have no experience shipping applications. The founders especially have horrid work history, with this as basically their first jobs.

      Pros

You feel the mission in every meeting. Autonomy and Trust – Teams operate like startups within the company: high trust, fast iteration, minimal bureaucracy. If you have an idea, you can build it. Long-Term Equity Upside – Early stage momentum with multi-billion-dollar potential; meaningful ownership tied to large-scale adoption.

      Cons

      None that I can think of -- the work is hard.
