- Great office in NYC with motivated team and exceptional founders/advisors/experts (There is another office in India too and looks like some reviews are from there) - making impact on a very big problem: mental health ...the integrity, expertise of the team is very clear - collaborative work place with a lot of opportunities to contribute

- small team in US, and a decent sized team in India means we have to coordinate across time zones. It's not that hard but sometimes can be inconvenient.

Though i was only there for 4 months, its been an amazing journey and great learnings that i am taking from wayforward with me. Cheers to Shikhin, rahul, rishab, anant, ajit and several others who has made my journey memorable. Ill always miss this company and hope to be a part of it again when i am more capable to serve it. Tarun sir and shanshank sir are the stars and one of the best management and hr handling i have ever seen.
