Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We definitely are a great team. We have really talented individuals working here and everybody really does pull together. We've been working hard on our processes this year and we're continuing to do this. Communication is definitely a key focus for us and one we've been working hard on. If you have any ideas at all for further improvements, please do speak with your line manager or HR, we're keen to listen.

Pros

The atmosphere in the office is relaxed and supportive, starting in the middle of a hectic migration process the teams within the office are supportive and understanding. vouchercloud has established a great rapport amongst its teams that is rare for a company operating at this level. The office environment is centrally located with easy transit routes in and out, alongside a number of food & drink options courtesy of Cargo & Bristol waterfront. The teams are also extremely talented and able to really push the boat out when it comes to innovation and support!

Cons

As vouchercloud is now working in partnership with Groupon, there has been a time of great change and friction trying to merge the infrastructure and ways of working. This is never a pain-free process and as expected there has been a long period of change. however as ways of working become more established these are becoming fewer and further between.
