      From Salary To Knowledge & work culture Managers are lame don't understand English nor good in technical Stubborn with their ideology & instead of implementing something new always go with older data & copy paste theory Doesn't distribute the work as per the knowledge Buttering is the profound culture

      Pros

      Compensated after closing facility which was generous. Good benefits. Good coworkers and management

      Cons

      Prior to closure business was slow (obviously) and for years prior they said they didn't plan to close until they did. Also low cost of living raise in a very expensive area.
