- Low salaries for US. Performance bonuses and increases are not very transparent and seem to change often, more tenured individuals often miss out. - Long hours. Leadership is very overloaded - it’s a young company so it’s understandable - but it shows. - Very inflexible. In-office mandate and limited remote days makes it tough for families with children.
