I've never met such down to earth, real, inspiring individuals that pushed me to be my authentic self and gave me a sense of purpose and inspiration to perform my best and work with a team. Vitaltech has what they would call an authenticity culture, the company truly live the expression "work hard, play hard!" -- When you have this many amazing people in one room, self expression is inevitable. The workplace feels more like a community rather than a "workplace." It feels like you are among friends, where you can bring your whole selves to work.

Due to the nature of a small business, it gets rather busy. As a team, we try to do team events together but not often enough!

vitaltech has a dozen fully staffed employees that communicate well together. As managed IT companies go, it runs incredibly smooth without tension. The management is always available, supportive, and transparent. Very fun, human culture with music playing, kitchen stocked, and free-flowing dialogue. Leadership will spend to make sure you can perform your job to the fullest. I've never experienced founders that genuinely care about their staff more than here. Most of all, the team is really good at what they do and have a great reputation from their clients.

I honestly have no complaints about my situation here. I like coming to work and get everything need to do my job.
