Vitaltech has what they would call an authenticity culture, the company truly live the expression "work hard, play hard!" -- When you have this many amazing people in one room, self expression is inevitable. The workplace feels more like a community rather than a "workplace." It feels like you are among friends, where you can bring your whole selves to work.

Due to the nature of a small business, it gets rather busy. As a team, we try to do team events together but not often enough!
