Pros
I have really enjoyed my first few months with vcfo. I enjoy working with the team so far. The CEO and COO are very supportive and very accessible. The rest of the top management have been as well. There are a lot of clients that need our help on a daily basis - that means that you have the ability and opportunity to add value from the start. You need to be assertive if you want more work or need help - everyone is very busy but not to busy to help and assist you for whatever challenge you face. Also, the culture is very collaborative and everyone is very open - I have not seen any silos. I have not had a bad experience yet! I am happy and pleased with my experience so far.
Cons
The onbaording process is so well organized and quick, that it can be somewhat overwhelming. Luckily, there is a vault for the training and everyone is very helpful in getting you up to speed. There are a lot of new tools to learn to use in a short amount of time.
