Expect consistent unpaid overtime, with some employees frequently staying past midnight. Progression is slow. Salary is dramatically below market average. Management deliberately downplay contributions when pay reviews near, but share no concerns outside of them, you're always "Doing great" until review, but suddenly have issues out of nowhere come review. Rigid hierarchy with low accountability for delays or issues from poor planning leading to frequent crunch periods.
