vPersonalize had strong potential in its early stages, especially when teams were given autonomy and trust. However, over time, increased micromanagement at the top level has significantly affected employee morale and overall growth.

vPersonalize has gone downhill completely, and the biggest reason is its so-called “genius” CEO who cannot stop micromanaging every single thing.
Instead of leading, he interferes in everyone’s work, cuts salaries, gives no hikes for almost four years, and sends abusive messages at 5 AM like that’s normal behavior. That’s not leadership — that’s insecurity and poor management.
The HR is another joke. A man who only knows how to deposit salaries and has zero professionalism. No HR skills, no people management, just gossip about caste, scandals, and useless politics. Completely unfit for the role.
There is no growth, no respect for employees, and no stability. Hiring and firing is random. The company is clearly on a downward trend because there is no proper leadership, no structure, and no accountability.
The CEO should stick to engineering and stop pretending to be a management expert.
