1) Good for freshers, infact one of the few to hire freshers 2) Some really good technical processes to work for
Cons
1) Leadership team is pathetic, inexperienced to deal with "real" issues and lacks any sort of vision whatsoever. Most of them have grown from the ranks but hardly gained any real knowledge....more inclined towards looking at their own growth opportunities. 2) Ineffective and a sleeping CEO. What started as a brilliant startup 10 yrs ago is going to end as a sick company in a few months from now. 3) Salary package is too low compared to competitors, there's nothing the senior management wants to do to stop the highly alarming level of attrition. 4) Hasty and immature decisions to open multiple branches in Pillipines and Egypt with no real backing from existing clients nor prospects. 5) Entering the domestic market without any sort of financial and operational planning was the WORST decision the company could have ever taken, 6) Average tenure of top execs (Center head, country head, COO, Sr. Directors etc) is less than 6 months - this highlights the state of the company's future planning. 7) Overall, a good company for freshers to gain some experience (that too at the lowest level) but definitely not a place for the experienced lot.
