      Pros

      From day one, I've been impressed with how open and transparent the leadership is around successes and failures (aka succailures). There's a genuineness to everyone I've met and people are at the core of the company. Great positive energy all around!

      Cons

      ustwo is still relatively new to Australia so there's a lot of work BD and marketing need to do to increase visibility.
