There is a serious lack of leadership and compassion for workers. Those in leadership positions also lack sufficient industry knowledge & vision. I urge you to read both employee and user experiences and feedback regarding upGrad, all of which can easily be found online. Much of the negative feedback is drowned out by fake or paid reviews. I urge you to do your due diligence before working for this company.
