      They dont care or invest in training their employees, just throw them under the Bus any chance they get and then fire them! Bad Management!

      Pros

      They really care about their employees. They give days off for birthdays and they encourage ppl to volunteer and give time off for that. I feel supported and always have someone to go to when I need help.

      Cons

      I really don’t have any. It’s a newer company company so some growing pains. Nothing that would make me want to quit.
