      No pros to working here

      Cons

      Poor “management”. Family ties in the company, if you’re blood you get priority. It’s all personal when it comes to letting someone go. Also management will run down other companies to get you to come Work for Unitii. No sense of professionalism here at all.

      Grass is green where you water it. Good company to work for. More of a Property Manager here rather than a Building manager. You have almost full control

      Maintenance understaffed Employee get together dont happen often
