They really care about their employees. They give days off for birthdays and they encourage ppl to volunteer and give time off for that. I feel supported and always have someone to go to when I need help.

I really don’t have any. It’s a newer company company so some growing pains. Nothing that would make me want to quit.

Honestly I can't think of any

No training in place. Too many hands in the same jar No accountability from upper management when poor performance occurs due to short staffing.
