      Pros

      Great opportunity to develop new skills in thermoforming engineering laboratory setting. Excellent coaching from some of the brightest leaders I've had in my career.

      Cons

      Company was sold to a larger outfit; job was migrated upward and I didn't have the ability to continue working with former C-suite and management.

      Pros

      Started sales/marketing group from Day 1 and never looked back. With successor company. Best experience ever with responsiveness and guidance direct from CEO.

      No cons. Job grew beyond me.

      Pros

      Ability to take hold of cutting edge projects in the field of packaging analytics. This company appears to be on the leading edge in the design and manufacture of all things related to food and beverage packaging.

      Cons

      Not enough time in the day to tackle many of the interesting projects we are given. This company has a lot of work and business to provide to a limited (currently) amount of employees.
